- Live in this moment
No matter what situation you are in, try your best and stay optimistic. That’s it!
- Be intellectually curious
Don’t do it for the title. Just be curious. It is a trait that has allowed humanity to develop so quickly in such a short time. Every successful person has this trait.
- Positive impact
I want to make technology that transforms people’s lives, but I don’t want to make dynamite. Making an impact is good, but make sure that the impact is positive.
- Find and follow your passion + be authentic
Don’t do it for the title. Don’t do it to impress people online. Don’t do it to impress admission officers, VCs, or other founders. I emailed 200 college professors to land a research position, but the position itself doesn’t matter. Status naturally follows, so just do what you love. Finding what you love takes trial and error and trying many different things, but it’s worth it. This doesn’t mean you should act however you want or only do things that give you dopamine. It means you should do what you love.
- Find the right environment and people
Fish can’t climb trees.
- What does it mean to live a fulfilling life?
Life exists in defiance of the universe’s tendency toward disorder. It is not something that arises by accident. To live a fulfilling life, then, is to create what is unlikely to occur by chance. This means choosing actions that add meaning. It means sharing friendships, making love, exercising, inventing, and exploring, rather than remaining passive, lying in bed, and scrolling through YouTube Shorts.
- Care about the people around you
I think I’ve been too cold toward the people around me. Being kind is important. At the end of the day, it’s all about love.
- Everything we do in our lives matters, even if it doesn’t seem like it does.
I was into filmmaking at the beginning of the year, but I have stopped working on it for now. I thought I had wasted my time because, after working on filmmaking for a few months, I realized it wasn’t my true passion. However, I learned a few things from this experience. First of all, I learned that I am not really a “filmmaking” person. Also, even though it wasn’t directly related to my future, it helped me make a launch video for my startup. Just try what you love, even though it seems like it doesn’t matter, because it does.

Work hard
-
Relax
If you succeed, that’s great! If you fail, you can try again. Relax!
- Stay healthy
Staying healthy gives you more time to live, more time to enjoy, and more time to contribute.
- Just do it!
Don’t spend all day planning and overthinking. Just do it!
